Start to Innovate


Start to Innovate is an immersive learning experience enabling participants to learn:  

  • Ideation strategies including Design Thinking and Design Sprints
  • How to test a business idea working through: developing hypothesis, designing, validating and running effective experiments to test your assumptions, business model canvas, the value proposition canvas and how to effectively analyse your industry and competitors
  • The programme will also cover funding of innovation and the value of IP generation.(standalone workshop – as in those attending need not have attended the rest of the programme)

Who Should Apply?

Innovation is an approach and a mindset. We’re seeing established companies redefining what they do, putting themselves in, and disrupting, vastly different industries. Boundaries are blurring, and many organisations feel less in control of their destiny than ever before. Too often entrepreneurs with an idea fail to validate their idea first, before investing considering time, money and resources on it. A recent report surveying 821 Executives found that 66% said they would not survive if they didn’t innovate but only 24% were confident that they had to skills needed to do so. People with great ideas and no direction are the ideal candidates for this programme.
